Yes. And i got another medical request or the 2nd application no. And also received email for my first application no that it is being processed in mississauga. And we sent an email to cic. But no reply yet.

Hi All,

We received our medical request on the 16th of April. But we are facing an issue because, my wife (the PA) is pregnant and she is due towards the end of this month or the beginning of next month. Also the nearest panel physician available is in a city 4 to 5 hours from our place.So I am not sure whether we will be able to appear for the test before the 16th of May as it has lots of dependencies. We have already mentioned about the pregnancy and the expected due date when we filed the application. I plan to inform of this situation by webform to the VO and probably include a doctors certificate also. Has anybody faced a similar situation? Is it possible to include extend the time to submit medicals?
Any input will be very helpful.

Yes you may inform them explictly and provide the medical certificate to support your case. Im sure they’ll be linient to give considerations with your requirements I hope everything goes well with you and your wife. Congrats on your new baby!
