Hi Everyone, finally got an email from our rep that our application has been transferred to LVO (Manila in my case) and the email was dated March 15. Now i check ecas under "Sponsorship" and it says :
  1. We sent you correspondence on March 27, 2019 about the decision on your application.
Does anybody here has an idea on what this may mean? Thank u.

Might be related as “Decision Made.” No email yet? Did you check your inbox or spam folder?

No nothing yet. We have a representative and she did not give us any other details aside from the letter saying that it has been moved to LVO which was dated March 15. Hopefully this is good news for the next days to so :)

I got PPR on March 27th, but I didn’t receive any pre-arrival service emails like others,
they asked me to submit extra photos, I submitted on March 18th.
Is it normal to get PPR without Pre arrival letter?

is PA go directly to VISA office (in my case VFS office) to submit the Passport?

I thought about that too but we already received the SA on the 28th of Feb.
This has been happening a lot lately, where ECAS updates way after you receive the SA letter. (If you look at the more recent January and February threads you'll see people reporting this often.) I would bet it is just them finally updating your ECAS that SA was approved.

My pre-arrival services information was on its own page as part of my PPR document

we received confirmation that IRCC received the documents via webform and they've been forwarded to the high commission for processing. They don't seem to say anything about fixing the glitch that was reported but at this stage, I doubt it even matters to them now that they've got the documents. I wonder how long they'll take to issue the CoPR!

Hey, Was the receipt submitted via IRCC web-form using the PA's information. I got my request , paid it and submitted it the same day. 2 days later we received an email confirming that they received the receipt and it was forwarded to the officer.
