So we finally managed to sign into MyCIC only to find that we can't upload the required documents they are requesting (there is no button to upload it at all). So we sent in an webform and also an email to the one on the PPR form just letting them know what's going on. My hubby has sent the pictures through post to arrive tomorrow so now we just sit and wait! Fingers crossed things will go smoothly from here!
There should be, can you send me a screenshot of the page you're looking at? You have to click a link that says "View application/documents" on the linked application page, then you should be able to upload from that page, it will ask you to sign off and then send. Also keep in mind, multiple documents must be sent in a combined PDF file and under I believe 3mbs.

Yes, we've had to do it before during a previous application back when we had to upload police check in the latter part of the application but this time there is no way for us to upload anything. Basically, when you go to the "View Submitted Application or Upload Documents" it gives you the option to visit the page but then it's blank as to where to upload the forms (no button to search your comp for documents). When we tried to sign it electronically and proceed anyway just to see what would happen, it was saying the answer to our secret question was incorrect...but then how did we log in to the GCKEY then? 100% it's a glitch for sure, we submitted a ticket for it. But just in case we don't answer straight away, we sent docs through webform/email.

EDIT: just saw that hubby's pix have been received by Canada House in London! :D

This usually happens when your application needs further review as detailed in operational bulletin 570:

I had a little dig through the NVDO thread and it's a mixed bag, but a few that have been transferred were processed within 3 months so still a better turnaround than the quoted 12 months.
