It has not changed to decision made but we got the PPR. Is that normal?

EDIT: On the online tool it says DECISION MADE but not on the actual linked application. That's so weird.
ECAS typically updates faster than GCKEY and at this stage you won’t see GCKEY change till you’re issued COPR I believe.

Can anyone with additional documents requests who’s not yet had DM, check their ECAS and see if it says they’ve started to process your application yet?

Josh is right.
PPR means you've passed. After you drop off your passport, your GCKey will likely update. My GCKey updated to Complete after just 2 days after we submitted the passport. Then when you pick up your passport it will also come with COPR which is just a big information sheet (all your info) which you bring with you to be completed when you land. It will also come with lots of other instruction pages (things to do before you come, immunization record sheets, etc).
As far as I know, ECAS doesn't update after Decision Made

FINALLY finished up compiling conversations. 73 page PDF document. It's been sent to them. Crossing my fingers this is the last thing I have to do before I get DM!

Can anyone who's had DM let me know what date ECAS states they began to process your application under the PA's side.

It's one day prior to the DM in my case. It says "We started processing your application on Mar 20"...and then we got DM on Mar 21.

March 8th March 21st

Still no update on your ecas?

Nothing yet, I've seen a mixed bag of waiting times between 'We are processing' to DM, some are weeks, some are days. Just got to sit on my hands and wait now :p My patience is truly awful though

Not sure if it will change your stats but my medical was passed on the 14th, but they still started to process my app on the 8th.

We never know, your can now goes quickly and we might be waiting for PPR for a long time. This process is full of surprises!

Chikki got pre arrival but I didn’t so I am looking in the forum for that. We have clearly the same agent so I am wondering why.

I'd have to disable my internet access to ECAS/GCKEY and take up a hobby for sure :p

Did any of our Nov folks move up a bit over the week end?

Not much usually happens over the weekend. You've double posted too, try to delete that first one :)

Hi All,

I've been following this thread since and notice that I have several people here who has the same timeline as mine but my app is moving somewhat very slow. We have a representative though so too bad I am unable to to follow every movement of my application. Here's my timeline.

- Application Received - Nov 26, 2018
- AOR - Jan 18, 2019
- Medical Request: Feb 26, 2019
- SA: Feb 28, 2019
- Medical Done - March 11, 2019
- As per Medical Facility they submitted our medical result on March 20th

and I see a message, Im not sure if you called it ecas but its the online page of IRCC which you can check the status using UCI/Application number etc. "We started processing xxxxxxxxx application on March 19, 2019." Can you consider that as AOR2? Thanks for the reply guys.

Yes, that's AOR2. I suspect that your representative has failed to send you the Visa office transfer email. Can you advise where your PA is from?

I'd also call your rep and ask if they ever received a VO transfer email or AOR2 email recently.
