November 2018 Outland Applicants (Spousal Sponsorship)

hello everyone
- My application to sponsor my wife was received in the first week of november2018
- The medical was done on 31 JAn 2019 and was updated as passed a week later.
- I got an email requesting additional documents on 12 feb and were received by them on 7 march2019 and the status was updated to " additional documents received" after a few days.
- Today i just check the status using the online tool. In the ' sponsorship application status', I can see a new line >>
P.S - 1. I got the letter and email stating the approval on sponsorship in first week of january2019
2. By logging into the Gc key, I can see ' your action is required' under the 'current status' tab,whereas there is no other unread message or update.

- We sent you a letter on March 15, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

For those whose file hasn’t transferred yet any updates?
And for those whose BFD was supposed to be 21st March any updates?

i guess some officers are lazy even after transferring the file I dont see any progress. Its all depends on how efficient is the officer who deals with your file. If your file is transferred late and you get a good officer you get decision before the people who got their file transferred months earlier than you

Do you guys both have Indian PAs? Because there's at least two members in the December thread (@aby1098 and @vinothku) whose applications also haven't left Sydney.... It seems like they might be sending a smaller number of Indian applications direct to New Delhi rather than CPC-M and it's taking them forever to transfer them.
Mine is from India. Three weeks back I was told it will be going to Mississauga, early this week they told me it will go to India.
I don't care much where it goes, all I want is the file to transfer asap.

Additional Doc Request: Feb 22 2019

The background check hasn't even started yet. It has been almost a month and on mycic it shows :
"Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of additional documents : We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."
I am starting to get worried. Does anyone else have same status???
