+1(514) 937-9445 or Toll-free (Canada & US) +1 (888) 947-9445
I've tried around 50 times to call now, across various times of the day and I can never get through. I get that automated message saying the volume of calls is high. I've asked my partner to call from Canada today, as I'm starting to think they have some geolocation thing just rejecting me
Mine just doesn't dial.

How is everyone calling because I have tried that number and it just hangs up, is it another number available? Getting quite impatient

That is the only number I know of but sometimes they have higher numbers of calls. You just have keep trying.

I am ‍♀️ confused

It's a google sheet that tracks everyone's application status'. It is a good tool to see where your application sits against other people around the same dates.

All you do is fill in the fields:

  • Outland or Inland
  • Your username from here.
  • The date CIC received your application.
  • The Visa office you sent your application to.
  • Sponsors City in Canada.
Once your application progress, you fill in the dates for AOR1, AOR2, Medical etc. You don't need to do it, but it's beneficial for all to see the different wait times.

This sheet is great to follow the trends. I have small suggestion/request can we move Medical Request Column bit forward in the sheet. Its way down after the COPR column. Cheers!!

You can’t move it unfortunately, the top lines locked down to a number of collaborators.

I've finally got around to updating it! I'm wondering if there's any space to add info about the PA to identify where they come from?

I’ll email the collaborators to see if I can get editing rights.

I got a letter in mail box today that my wife processing will be done in Mississauga. My wife gave medicals last week. I thought they will transfer it to ndvo . I am not sure if its a good news or not

That's definitely good news. New Delhi Visa office is notorious for their slow pace. I am curious you got physical letter though. Did you link your application online?
