I was going to ask the same question as I do not see anything

Not at all, but I can imagine it won't be of much use anyway. I think it'll just be showing that full time of waiting is 12 months...probably to stop people from calling into IRCC to ask about the status of their application too much lol

Just FYI, GCKEY has been updated with the progress bar now. And as I thought, not very helpful. It says I have 8 months left in our application. That remains to be seen!

It says the same for me as well. Also, it says the estimated completion date is November 20, 2019, which is exactly one year from the date my application was received.

This is the thing i don't understand from CIC. They say you have 8 months left on your application processing. But some people get their PPR in 4 to 5 months time in total. I wish they could be a bit more clearer.

Yes, our application was forwarded to CPC- Mississauga which have processed applications pretty quickly from what I've seen.

I'm pretty sure this "progress bar" is just to appease those that are anxious to know what's going on with their application and to stop too many people calling them.

thanks everyone I still have to send in my documents so it may take a little while yet but will keep you all updated & good luck to everyone else!
