Usually if your application was filed before the date of new requirement, they would not ask you for biometrics but since you have paid, even if they do it wont be another delay in your application. Worst case scenario you lose your money on the fee haha.
Yeah, at least it wasn't a HUGE amount of money, the total app fee is bad enough, lol. If they don't need it, that just saves me a 2.5 hour drive one way.
