Same here..we called cic got unexpected reply that it is not mandatory that ircc will transfer the file,they could release ppr from Sydney office..No idea if it is true..

I called them on this last friday..

I’m in the same situation haven’t heard since medical passed. I really hope and pray that is the case

Same here, called CIC last friday and my application is still in Sydney office. As per my ECAS the last update is "Medical results has been received".

There was no update on ECAS or GCKEY when we received the PPR. It will change once you get the email/message on GCKEY advising the CoPR has been mailed out to you.

Basically, ECAS doesn't really update after you've been asked for any additional docs or the medical has been passed from what I've seen.

It seems to be a trend....rather than isolated incident.
