Me and my wife got our test invites today! We are November 2018 applicants.. Please update line 71. Thanks!

Question:

Has anyone tried to take the test and have the oath taking in the afternoon? if you do.. what did the test invite letter says? mine says test invite and check of documents. Thanks in advance!

what you have is only a test invite letter,oath ceremony letter is a different letter which states clearly you are invited for citizenship oath

Some of my friends had the same test invite but after passing the test, they have their oath ceremony same day..

Hi.. I opened the email on my computer and found another attachment saying One Pass Notice.. indicating if We pass and all the documents needed are brought by us.. we are invited for the 2pm oath ceremony.. Same day.. I guess that answered my question.. Thanks for your response buddy!

I got mine through email.. Together with my test invite.. All in one day.. Calgary office BTW

Mine is Calgary office.. I hope all will go well..

May be that is how it is done in Calgary IRCC office or you must be far from the office that it is bit of a hassle to travel again and again. Anyway, you are almost done and best of luck for everything to come.

My bad.. My Test date invite came today June 3, 2019.. Test Date and Oath of Citizenship July 22, 2019..

They do not send to notify that decision is made on your application. But will send email asking you to come for oath ceremony, which is generally after your ECAS status changed to "Decision made".
