please share your opinion about my mistake.
I have always been very busy with 2 kids and 2 jobs. I filled my application and sent it with all the documents along with my diploma and transcript of records as my proof of english language ability. My mistake was, the whole time I had 2 set of copies of transcript of records which I had been believing as 1 set. I actually sent the front and end page of it without the middle page.. My other concerned is I have quit the job that I used as current on my application which I have undergone govt screening. Im kind of worried now.

it should be good because they need either your diploma or your transcript as proof of language ability. In your case, they should use your diploma

You should be ok. For the job, they will at most ask you about it in the interview and it will not be an issue.

Yeah maybe you are right ,but even if such that ,it is so quick ,imagine just 4 days after receiving of the application ,wonder if he/she can tell us if it is urgent request
