2 - weeks before an AOR is too early I think. About one week, closely to receiving a package in your mailbox almost the same time as first AORs for your timeline.

for example. I was expecting an AOR to receive on Nov 20, that was early but possible.at least one applicant received that. Unfortunately, I found a returned application on Nov 19th. The letter was dated Nov 7.

so it means in my case: my application was received on 21 November ,so i expect to receive AOR on 21 January ,so i should not worry if did not receive my file back after 21 January and it means most likely they accepted my application,right?

My file was recieved by IRCC on the 7th of November 2018. If it were to be returned, on what day would you say I'll see it in my mailbox.

I just got my AOR.....my family members also got theirs....it is an early new year gift...!!
