Hi, I emailed Ralph recently and got the below response.
Anyone have any suggestions? To find my representative I must search through members of parliament with my postal code. What postal code do they want (the postal code of where my VO is?)? I thought Ralph dealt with everyone?
How do I find where my file is (considering I went through an immigration agency)?

Thank you very much for contacting the office of the Honourable Ralph Goodale.

Hi,
This is a generic reply. Not sure how they decide, but I saw many ppl getting some proper updates, whereas others got this. Even I thought this could be generic acknowledgement email and they would hey back, but its been 2 weeks and they haven't got back. So I guess if they are overwhelmed with too many ppl emailing him, the assistant jus sends this response.

Oh, ok.
So there is no one else we should be contacting for this type of query? It's not like he only deals with applicants within a certain region or state?
There are not specific ministers to contact if our file is in another region?

I raised a webform to inform them of the change in address and resignation from earlier job. I received a reply from them that they have updated my address and attached the received document (relieving letter) to my file. The reply came after 5-7 days.

Don't know whether we have to inform them about the job change. Even I did it 3-4 months after leaving the job just to be on the safer side.
Hi,

So you informed after your last day right? Or while serving notice period?

Unfortunately no. We did go to the link provided and searched for useful info. Nothing.

LOL, I've just received this exact same response.

Thanks! I was also told throughout these months that there is nothing to worry about. It was after I read the post from an October AOR guy about him getting rejected after RR, when I got worried
Yes ... I was scared too ... But the guy didn’t upload a letter with his job duties on the company letterhead, which is a big deal ... He will reapply and may god blesses him with PR

Hello All,

I applied for GCMS notes on June 11 , 2019 and have not received till now. I applied from Get GCMS.
If anybody can tell me that can we send direct email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca as I am FSW- Outland ( India) or should I contact the GET GCMS team.
@legalfalcon please update me if you have any idea on this. If anyone have any idea on this, kindly suggest.

I am an AOR Oct 24, 2018 Eligibility checks going on. Medical passed on Nov 22, 2018. Raised multiple webform's but received general reply that application is pending for a review by an officer.

What is the email address you mailed to?

Got my eligibility finally "Passed" today by an officer according to a lady on the phone. Previously, it was "Review Required".

Only security is left.

Great! Congratulations.

My brother is in the same boat with Review Required and I called IRCC call centre and they have sent a message to Ottawa to have a look at the file as the file is beyond 6 months of processing times.
We are still waiting for the notes.
I hope his RR clears soon and eligibility passes.
