What's your country of residence?

The last time I visited this forum, it was 30-40 pages shorter. Would anyone who's on here more often be so kind to tell what's been going on recently? I've looked through the last 5 pages or so and I could see only new nicknames.

PS. Aor November 1st. Still waiting for PPR. Crazy, right?

Hello I am October AOR,
I have question about my children and mine birth certificates, I recently got a ADR asking for resubmitting the birth certificates . In GCMS notes it says "birth certificates donot have names on them" and a review is marked on it. Can anyone please let me know, Is it required to have name on the birth certificates? None of the birth certificates I have submitted have names on them as our names were given after few months of birth.

Thanks in advance, will appreciate the help.

Hi guyz..
I just spoke to an agent. She informed me that eligibility has met and criminality and security pending background check is in process. Any idea how long it may take? Visa office - Ottawa
@Mona sedhra I called on 29th may and eligibility was met, but nothing else was started. Got PPR on 29thJune. So hold on, it has to be near now..

Hi,

Have you received your copr?
no but hv submitted my Passport at VFS Delhi & got a call from Canada High commission today regarding the same.

I like how the November thread has relatively gone silent. So either most people have received their PR or they have just given up. I am guessing that most people have received their PR, and the ones who are still waiting have given up. :):):)

AOR Nov 04 | IP1 | Eligibility met
I think people gave not given up..... They have just moved on and found ways to keep themselves busy, which is good. Many have made peace with it, that ppr will come when it has to come......
I read a case in which everything was passed for the applicants except security. The security was in progress for spouse and had not started for the principal applicant....... I wonder what does that mean...... Does that also mean ss?

We just ran out of things to talk about, but plenty of people are still waiting... :)

A few people getting PPR here and there, a few people who just joined asking the same questions we asked ourselves 200 pages back and many of us still waiting... that's all.

Do you have some other official document from when you get your names? I would submit both (or everything you have) with a letter of explanation. Where are you from?
