I was the primary applicant residing in India when I applied.
Moved back to India because of H1B troubles after 7 years in USA.

Now, I moved from India to USA last week and intimated CIC.
My spouse was in USA all the time. May be that did the trick.

Hey guys, quick question.

Just got off the phone with IRCC agent. He was pretty nice but when I asked about my eligibility

he said "your application is review required" and
I asked what it meant
he said " someone needs to review your application" and
I asked "which particular part is review required" and
he said he couldn't tell me anything specific.

Have you guys had any similar response and know what it means? Quite worried now.

A quick question..is there a possibility of a rejection after the application has only 23-23 days remaining? I think they do send ADRs if they have issues at this point rather than outrightly rejecting?

Just inform through CIC webform after your move

That is true, but sometimes these jobs offered are just to get an LMIA approval because the employer has to show that they tried to hire a foreign national. So chances of getting a job are low, but yes few people in my knowledge have landed in with a job.
I can’

Thanks..but what I meant was..if they are regulated and are being regularly sent.then even this process should move ahead! So that each one of us lands in Canada and get a job :):D
