Hello friends......
I have one question....... is there anyone who is self employed and applied under EE...... mine is self employed profile....... I am in opinion that my profile is being delayed die to this reason....... does any one has any idea about it? Please help.....

My brother is a dentist and has applied as self employed. The AOR date is November 11th and nothing happened after MEP. I am not sure if self employment delays the application or not.

Applied for GCMS notes on March 3, Waited till April 5. Send a reminder email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca and received reply on April 8 that they have flagged the request as priority, till date waiting for the GCMS notes. Anyone from this forum had similar experience?
I have been waiting on GCM notes since February 15 and still have not received them, they responded once about my file being flagged for priority but until now I am yet to receive my notes,

Same story mate, called them today, AOR November 23rd, file wasn't touched since January 4th.
Agent said the deadline on file is August 1st 2019.
I don't think your deadline is August 1st. That's way too lengthy.

Even my application deadline was pushed to June 11, 2019. But then a second agent explained to me that I will get a decision before that and if I don't then that's the date when I can call them and they will send an email to the VO requesting for an update.

So it seems you are waiting for almost 60 days for GCMS. All their service is now delayed.....

Got it, I still was under impression that if you call them at any point after your 6 months they'll have to send a request.

Pretty crazy, huh? Will wait till 6 months expire before I call them and start yelling, lol.
They will probably leave your file untouched for another 6 months lol.

Sadly, there is nothing really we can do. We are kind of helpless here and will just have to hope they pick our files at some point.

What will be even worse is the same VO will be sending PPRs to later dates lol. Not really sure what they even do there leaving files untouched for months.

Haven't heard much on Winnipeg, is it bad?
What's your AOR? Are you CEC-inland?
It's terrible. Yes, I am CEC-inland AOR Nov 14th

I had thought so too but that's not the case it seems.

It kind of sucks how they will leave people in the dark for months. Some guy in March got a second request to redo medicals since his old one expired. Now even the new one is going to expire and he is feeling more confident that the next update will be to redo his medicals for third time :D:D

Again, people are calling the call center and getting random info and unnecessarily stressing.

Relax. Call center agents very rarely give a true picture of the current state of the application. Just wait patiently till 6 months are over and/or request GCMS notes to get a true picture of the current state of your application.
