these 2 days of April have been silent in terms of PPR. I thought we would have more people who would have gotten the PPR email..:/
I'm having login issues too. Either some file upates (low possibility) or a generic problem (high possibility)

Same. tried 4 times on Chrome and got redirected to main page. Tried incognito twice and got through.

Called a few weeks ago and was given these updates. I ordered GCMS notes on March 15, so expecting them around 3rd week of April.

BG status after MEP is Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Till now BG is not changed but most if them it is changed to We are processing your background check and we will let you know if we need more information after MEP, i hard that Winnipeg is very slow? did any one had experienced the same? did any one had the same BG status as mine?

Buddy, I hope you realize how self centered this statement sounds. Imagine if IRCC had dealt with 2017 applicants rather than issue so many ITAs in 2018. Many of us would have not gotten ITA and been in the fortunate situation of waiting for our PPRs.
In some way you are right
But i don’t remember 2017’s applicants to have such delays
It happened to me last week when security was passed. I had a call with the agent today and he told me everything is done except final decision. I guess, we just need to wait for the email, it can come anytime.

People with October aor are getting ppr. In one case the applicant was in ip1 till yday, and got ppr today morning .
This gives us some hope and keeps my trust on ircc. Hope we will soon get ppr
