1. What I'm saying is that they are not retrieving the GCMS notes and instead, just relaying information from the application status nowadays.I don't agree with this.
a) Call centre employees don't see the same status as we do. GCMS are pulled out of their DMS and that's exactly what call centre employees see.
B) Security checks are done by the third party. So even you case officer wouldn't know what's happening with that.
C) Eligibility is still "fine" if it's in "review" Eligibility is fine until it fails.
I have called call centre 4 times and got the exact answers I am looking for. It's important to ask them probing question. They take 1000 calls a day and they'll try to wrap the call early if you don't probe them. Hope this helps.

Yes, it's normal. Applications are often transferred to local visa offices to distribute case load or if something (like a job offer) needs to be verified.I'm hoping someone can help me shed some light on this. I'm applied under OINP inland human capital priority and my timeline is:
ITA: 30 October 2018
AOR: 30 November 2018
MEP/IP2: 08 January 2019 (ghost update 09 Jan 2019)
I did contact them through web form to inquire which visa office is processing my application and i got their reply today as below. Is it normal when an application is being transferred to Etobicoke? I've done researches but can't seem to find anything.
Thank you for reading my post.
