I did not know this. Anyway, I got the AOR today. My bank letter is 15 days old, let's see if it will be accepted or not.

btw, although my AOR is 7th november (funnily enough i had received the email before midnight but still got it as 7th) I got my medicals done at mississauga on Nov 3rd (saturday). The staff there told me that it will take at least another 2 weeks for the medicals to even get to CIC. Which means 19th. Before that IRCC won't even start looking at my application.

The moral of the story above. I am just getting impatient and need to spend time between now and whenever the PPR comes . And so the moral of the story is that there is no moral of the story
