Here is the full and detailed timeline that many of would like to read.

IELTS Test Date - 22nd August (IDP) - Computer based - Bangkok (Thailand).
IELTS - 9, 9, 7, 8 (LRWS)
CRS 478
ITA - 5th Sept 2018
MEDICAL Test Date - 29th October 2018.
AOR - 2nd Nov 2018
RPRF Paid Upfront
MEP - 3rd Dec
IP1 Received an update on email - probably for MEP or IP1 on 5th Dec 2018.
1st Phone call - 31st Jan 2019 - Nothing started / nothing flagged for review
1st GCMS ordered 1st Feb 2019
2nd Phone call - 15th Feb - Nothing started / nothing flagged for review
1st GCMS received - 3rd March 2019 - Nothing started, R10 ok, Criminality recommended pass, VO Office CPC Ottawa.
2nd GCMS ordered again 14th March
3rd phone call - 20th March - Eligibility in progress / nothing flagged for review.
4th Phone call - 11th April 2019 - Nothing started / nothing flagged for review.
Ghost update with no email - 15th April (Canada) / 16th April (India)
2nd GCMS received on 15th April - Nothing started / nothing flagged for review.
Ghost update / IP2 - (No email - profile shows application updated) - 15th April 2019 (Canada time) / 16th Apr 2019 (India time)
5th Phone call - 16th April 2019 - Everything completed / met / passed including security. Agent mentioned I should get an email from CIC very soon.
Golden Email - Ready for Visa / PPR - Dated 16th April 2019 / 17th April 2019, 7:05am, India Time.

However, I need to send emails to
pretoria-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca to report any thing that I should.
From this detailed sequence of events following things can be easily inferred:
A) Keep on calling and asking if anything is flagged for review or not so that you may take timely action if something crops up.
B) They will process the application somewhere between 160-170th Day from date of AOR - meaning when your profile will show around 20 days left.
C) If you have submitted all the required documents and No ADR has been requested thus far, perhaps they will complete the process in just a week's time.
D) Calling IRCC or ordering GCMS won't make any difference but I'd say please do so if that makes you feel more informed than you are by just looking at your online profile. I did it for the very same reason.
E) Paying RPRF upfront does help in expediting the process but I guess only by a week or 3-4 days.
F) Single applicant/ dependents / NOC / CRS score are not really deciding factor in when your file will be picked up.
** From my experience of calling IRCC so many times, one thing that I would like to mention is that be polite during your conversation. This is how my conversation usually proceeds:
"Hi / Good Morning/ Good Day, How are you / How is your day going / How's it? etc.. look <Agent Name>, I had a quick look at my online profile and looks like nothing has progressed since my MEP. I am sure this can't be the case and some activities must be happening in the background. Thus, would you be able to pull put my application and see if there are any updates that I am not able to see. <Answer all case specific questions - filed is pulled out>. So, how is my Eligibility, criminality, security looking? anything flagged for review? Thanks a lot for that information. I really appreciated. Enjoy the rest of your day / have a splendid evening / have a blast during the weekend / bye bye"
