Hello,

I see that it usually takes 150-160 plus days for updates on most of the cases off late. Crossed 125 days today, should i order GCMS/ try calling them asking for any updatesor just wait for IRCC to process my case. Should i ?

I moved to India and started the PR process and my POF is my US bank account. Also the points claimed for work exp is US job experience, currently working in India and haven't claimed any CRS points for this (didn't want to notify my present employer about my PR process, so haven't mentioned about my current job to IRCC), any issues with the above two points.
Well, it's 146 days for me since aor . I hvnt ordered any notes nor I have made any calls . I prefer being patient and wait at least till 160 days keeping in mind the recent trend and time taken to process the file .
I think u should have mentioned about all ur jobs in the past 10 years including the most recent one ... . . It's better to be honest with ircc from the beginning and avoid complications later... ...
This is my opinion , let others also give their opinion and then decide what is best for u. :)

R10 by PA - Check whether POF documents are present
Initial Review by CA - Check whether POF is adequate. Flag any issues
Final Review by VO - Check any issues flagged in Initial Review
So if something were to be not acceptable as POF, they would have told me at R10 right? Thanks for the responses!

Hi all, would we get ADR even after 5 months? My FD got matured and it got auto renewed for another one year(till 2020) under the same FD number. When I submitted the bank statement it was mentioned till March 2019. So will there be any issues? In case if they take my application now and process it ,date would have been expired. however the bank officials said so far they never got any verification calls for any client in the past. How do they check then ? I m really worried now..Should I update the recent letter from bank ?
If it's the same number, no issues. Don't worry.

You should have put in personal history and include letter of explanation saying that you are not claiming any points and not giving any reference.

There is no impact of both the points.

Order notes only if you anticipate some problems with your application (e.g. you were not able to procure a bank letter or job reference letter in the desired format) or if you are really anxious and want an update.

Otherwise, best is to just be patient and wait till 6 months are over. I personally have ordered my notes because there are several complications with my case.

As for POF being in USA + job experience being in US along with your being an Indian resident, it is perfectly fine and normal.

You are quite close, buddy. That ADR usually comes close to PPR request.

Only need to put it in personal history, no need to give LOE for any work experience where one is not claiming points for. Letter of explantation is only required if you put it in the work experience section at time of ITA but now changing to to personal history in the application.
