I am in IP1 since December 4 and still not received RPRF request

CIC is very unpredictable and confusing... Nov aors are even getting ppr!!!

Question about timelines, here is mine:
ITA Oct 3
AOR Nov 14
IP1 Dec 20 (and UCI # change)
MEP Jan 17
Stream FSW-O, PNP Nova Scotia
Nationality Filipino, Residence is USA
Family of 4

My question is, since I reached IP1 almost a month before MEP, can I expect that some work was done on my file (eligibility, criminality, security, ANYTHING) during that one month period? Or is it likely that nothing was done until after MEP, which was a few weeks ago? I know almost everyone has MEP prior to IP1 or simultaneously, so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this unusual circumstance.

Yeah, you do. I got an email for an update that happened in my account. And when I signed in, it said "new update" and when I opened I noticed my BG check changed from "we are processing your background check" to "your application is in progress, we'll send you a message when we start your background check"

I also faced the same. After 2 days of my biometric my bg status changed from ip2 to ip1. Was tensed first later realised many faced the same thing. One Nigerian applicant faced the same. 7 days before his por his bg again moved to ip2 from ip1.

Those are CEC/PNP cases, processing times have increased. Sit tight. Good luck.
