Touchwood it has not been rejected yet...
I have raised a CSE but going as per others that have been in similar situation there is 50-50 chance of getting through....So hoping for the best....
I have just read a thread a guy was rejected because an error in experience letter. Surprising they have not rejected you yet. This is very good news.

So I guess it depends on the particular officer. Some are just more kinder than the rest :D Really hope you get this sorted out

Can't imagine going through all this for the second. Will be even more painful :)

There are cases where IP1 to IP2 to PPR is all done in one day. I have been in Meds Passed for a while now. Just need to trust that your documentation represents a true and fair view of the application and everything will fall into place. Hopefully. I am Paranoid about this as well and I feel you. However, there are so many points not in your control. All you can do is sit tight and wait.
Yes, I used to check my account everyday until last month. Now I don't even bother as it gets me more depressed.

I will probably go nuts if January AOR folks start getting RPRF request lol. I am just going to trust now that with 100 days gone, my application should be heading in some positive direction

Usually they do not reject outright after R10 check...They either ask for ADR/PFL in most cases....I found out about my Eligibility not met by calling CIC so I raised a CSE proactively....I am hoping they consider the silly mistake and rectify it....Fingers crossed...

Dear Sir/Mam,,

I’m in process vo employment visa for Canada through a consultancy in New Delhi, India. I got job offer letter from WEST ADMONTON MALL as store supervisor. For this position I didn’t give any interview. Now consultancy told me they’re in process to get LMIA letter and after that I’ll face an interview in Canadian embassy to stamp my Canada visa will stamp.

Actually I don’t know the real process for Canada employment and difference between fake/original LMIA letter. You’re requested to please provide me right information on above situations.

Thank you

Sincerely
Abul hassan

You are not alone. Even I am in the same boat. Nov 2nd AOR, 100 days gone no updated since MEP. Not even an ADR. Stopped checking the account now. Hopefully its moving positively.

At Eligibility level they actually confirm the points you claimed for is all genuine and match up....
For example my eligibility is not met because I, by mistake, put in wrong NOC code as primary code but all my jobs are in a different NOC Code.
Other examples of eligibility are Proof of Funds verification, points claimed for relatives in Canada...Overall anything you claimed points for they will tally....
But how did you know that your Eligibility didnt pass? Did you call them and find out?

Oh man, so glad to see there are more folks now in the same boat. Feels a little relief!!

I seriously do not understand why there is so much delay. Last year, they were sending PPRs in a flash to so many. Sucks!!!

HI Team,

Would like to get some precise info on adding my new born who was born post my submission of application.
Here is a jist of my story:
1.Received invite on Oct 3 2018
2.Submitted application on Nov 13 2018
3.Daughter was born on DEC 10 2018
4.medicals passed on DEC 12 2018 and since then the status hasn't changed. Technically i am not in IP1 stage also.(Q: is it normal scenario or should i check with CIC on this)

Want to know as
1.how exactly i can add her
2.Also as i am yet to receive her documents(Passport, medicals) which would take another month or so , question over here is should I add her or should i wait for my PR and take her as dependent post i landing in Canada.

will be waiting for any information and will be more than happy to get it.

Thanks in anticipation,
Sam..
Congrats Sam for the baby. You should mail to cic and tell them about your daughter birth. But I would suggest get her passport asap and get the medical done once you have Passport. After that raised a cse .They will revert back within ten days time and will make a place holder in your account to upload newborn. Now you need 1. Birth certificate 2. Passport 3.Medicals and 150 dollar fee.If you think you can take the baby without pr that is not possible. In case even if you get your ppr ,don’t get copr..tell them you would like to add your baby.I am not elobrating your second option as it is practically impossible.
