Did you try calling the call centre?Had raised the questions about BG status and eligibility yesterday via webform CSE..just got a mail stating everything seems in order .Hope I should be thinking more positively now and patiently wait for the golden mail

Managed to reach IRCC today, initially called to find out what is happening with my biometrics, as the status still didn't change after 3 weeks.
The agent was very helpful and nice. He told me that they received my biometrics and everything seems fine with the application, and sometimes there are system glitches and bugs, and it is not being updated regularly, but assured me they received everything.
Also updated me that my file is in CPC Ottawa(it moved from Sydney) which is good right? I know Sydney is supposed to be slower(?)
I also asked about my status, and it is as follows:

I suppose you're quite close to Dec AORs, and we are expecting to start seeing some NA2/IP2s for early Dec AORs starting at the end of this week, so it'll be interesting to know when your BG status changes. Let us know!
Was this the first time you tried to reach IRCC by phone? I have an AOR of a couple of weeks after you so wondering when I should try to phone them.

Yes I did last week,but didn’t talked to an agent it was an automated message that repeated the same info as is there on my profile page

I am still wondering what is difference between Eligibility Met and Recommended passed.
Basically, there are 2 officers who check the eligibility stage, when the first officer is satisfied it is updated to Recommended Pass,
The final officer reviews the file again and makes the final decision.
