I was uploaded schedule A 5669 on Feb 02 2017 does it look like this after uploading documents because on my e case there is no update about schedule A
On my online account it says
Replacement provided
Uploaded file name 5669E
How I know document receive by cic ?
Will.i get any email or update on online account.
If so I don't see any changes on online account still it says application received.
How I can check that I upload the document properly?

So I need some help

Feb 07 - the ststus changed to DECISION MADE ln the sponsorship

And today feb 13 - applicant status changed to IN PROGRESS

What does this mean? I didntd recide any emails ib the last 15 days. I don't know a where I'm ib the proproc right now!

It will take a day or two. Sponsor will get an email with a PDF attached.

I still haven’t receive an email for the SA til now. The applicant’s gckey says that he passed the medicals already.

We didn't upload any documents yet so I'm not sure what happens after you upload them. If it says "application received" then it is currently under review. If you created a GCKey account, then the PA can access their online account to see if they received any new updates about the status of the application (e.g. medical/police certificates etc..)

I can see one guy here who is having smae timeline as me got their AOR2 last week. But I havnt got any news after SA email.
So its highly random. Some are getting delayed emails/responses.. Lets hope for best!! After all, we have a long way to go

That is how it should look. You won't receive confirmation that they have been uploaded or received.

Eventually, in GCKEY/mycic a line will say something like "we are reviewing your additionan documents" but it took a while for mine to change to that. And I don't think everyone's changes.

All you have to know is they have been uploaded and your part is done for this request.

You should receive an email in the next few days from CIC letting you know which Visa Offica your file has been transferred to. As for the AOR2, it really depends on the VO... some get it, some don't.

I received the letter by mail with the SA approval. Nothing in the email

The PA. On Ecas changed to IN PROGRESS. But nothing about vo. What this "in process means?" they are already in the visa office? Are they doing the processing before the visa office?

She is in Brazil so the papers should go to são Paulo. Maybe that means that the papers are already there?

hello guys, please I have a quick question, I sent in my wife's application which was received on 30th January 2018, I just found out that the passport photograph that we sent was not the right size. now am wondering if the application will be returned to us because or that? am also thinking should I ask my wife to take another passport photograph so I can send it CIC before we can possibly get AOR or a returned application. What's your suggestion, please.

I would send new passport photos to them and attach a cover letter. You can include PA's name and DOB (UCI if known), Sponsor's name and UCI, date when app was received by IRCC so that they can easily trace it and add it. Saves time than waiting for them to send your package back and you have to resend again. they are human beings too and we all make some little mistakes
