Mine I just check on ecas. It showed DM. The day after my test. No email or mail received. The officer told us on the interview we will just wait 3 months for Oath ceremony.

You should receive a letter with all the information or an email... sometimes it has happened that an applicant only had eCas updated with Oath information.

How did you know that they moved your application to DM? Do they send a letter or email? or you just need to keep checking ecas?

In Form CIT0002 Section 10 do we need to give addresses lived outside of Canada. We have made 7-8 trip to the US, none of it more than a week. do we need to list the address where we have lived.
Our total number of days outside Canada is less than 6 months.

Yes, mention it without any gaps.Remember, the easier your application with transparencies, the lesser the probabilities of further questioning.
Read below the information from CIC:

1. Write all your addresses inside and outside of Canada you used during your eligibility period, including the postal codes, starting with your current home address. If you were residing, employed or attending school outside Canada, you must list all of your foreign addresses, including the postal codes or ZIP codes. Press the (+) plus button if you need more space.
   
   Provide information that covers the entire eligibility period. Do not leave any gaps during this period and do not leave this section blank. If you do, your application will be returned to you.

I just got this ecas update:

We sent you correspondence on April 10, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I am honestly expecting an RQ (or some versions of it) because I don't think the name of the applicant is common nor that CIC would be interested in the fingerprint of a minor.

I am trying to stay positive here but most likely, this application will become non-routine.

We will see soon enough I guess.

It is really interesting that you get this communication after you received the test invite.
I guess you can ask the officer next week during the interview if you haven't received it by then.
