Happy to see Nov applicants are moving. Most of them have gotten the AOR and 75% IP.
I think its all about where you file is now ( local offices).

Which offices are considered local? If I sent the application from Toronto, then could it be processed anywhere within the GTA?

According to IRCC, your app will be sent to the closest office to your address. But honestly, not sure about GTA because some people here said that their app sent to Mississauga while they are not living there.

Sorry to hear that. Some Oct applicants had the same situation, some of them preferrd to wait and got AOR while some reapplied and got AOR as well. Try to contact your MP, some people here said that it helps. Good luck

I'll give it another two weeks and then will see what options I have.

Have you contacted CIC yet? What do they have to say if so?
You probably should contact the MP at this point i feel. 4 months is a long time span just for AOR.

I called CIC, they adviceed to wait another two weeks (looks like the maximim process time for the AOR is 4 months but they don't reveal that), I'll go to our MP after two weeks if I didn't receive AOR, I don't think reapplying is a good idea, I already have 4 months passed on my current application and if I applied again the timer for the whole will be reset.
