Seems like the October rush is showing up now with total jam in the system.
Not even 50% October ones have test invite yet.

Test invites/oaths have come to a grinding halt for October and November...................

If you check previous months you will find out that the percentage of applicants who received test invites in August are 77%, while for September it is 61%. October now is at 37%, and November at 3%.
By the same time next month I am sure that October invitations will be around 60%, and our November will be above 30% test invites.
I think everything is going in order with no major delays as everybody was expecting.
You can save this post and let's discuss it after 1 month

I got 2 actual FP notices in mail.....2 different envelopes. 2 exactly same FP requests.
Maybe someone click the mouse button twice.
