I'm still here! Checking the thread everyday and checking my email too! Hopefully they dont returen my application.... forgot to put names on the picture but photographer stamped it though. I guess i just need to check my mail box.

Do you have multiple applicants in the package ?

Did any one from November pool get AOR? At least the first week applicants should have got. Already processing times have slowed down.

I was speaking with my co-worker the other day. She had her oath ceremony on Nov 7 (2017). I asked her about her timeline. From what she told me it looks like this:
end of April 2017 sending docs
mid June - AOR (both by mail and email)
mid July - test (with 2-week notice)
Nov 7 - citizenship

Total: 6 month 1 week

But now I guess timeline might be twice longer. Just saying...

According to the sheet, no one. Link to the sheet is in my signature, A lot of October 13-19 applicants are still waiting for their AOR. November could take some time.

I guess the process for every case/ application are different ... so I don’t think it’s the case... everyone of us will have different timeline and it depends so I don’t think that due to high volume application time will be lengthy and yes it might have some impact but I believe it depends so many factors and it’s differnet for everyone

I am 1st Nov and I have not received anything yet .. I am not expecting anything before 15th Nov ..as that is the current average for AOR.

I agree, one AOR date appeared few days ago and then disappeared (last saturday) and it has appeared again.

Someone is playing with the sheet.

Checked @Miriam

Miriam was last seen:

Someone is playing with the sheet!!

I think, it is encouraging to know someone who applied end of april got Oath ceremony on Nov 7. Which location is it?

Agreed, processing time could be longer(due to the surge in apps) - but 6 months is still half time compared to the 12 months CIC advises.

You know I saw the Oct list and I feel there are many who must have received their AOR and must be in process but have not checked or are not aware - some must have not updated. They should purge some of those who applied before Oct 16th .. they all should now be in process. Since they have increased the application fee 5 times there must be a reason to increase the headcount at the processing center ..as they must have perceived a deluge of applications ..I don't think volume should have impacted the processing time that adversely. But again I am just budgeting and forecasting guru :p

Also take Miriam and the last 3 off the list let them get back to us ..with their updated status.

Some of the provinces have a bigger gap between test dates and Oath date, where the density is more the gap is just a month.

I have an alternative suggestion, please dont shoot the messenger. Any data we have or have collected is valuable. Instead of deleting entries, i would suggest updating the formula to just consider what data points we have.

For Example, we have 98% of the data on application received. So when we calculate AOR - we just exclude the 4 ppl out(data still remains in the excel) but the formula could consider only the ppl who has provided data on App received status. going forward for IP, only AOR # is considered.

May be i am taking through my hat, but just a suggestion.

The only reason i am saying this is "people fall off the radar due to many reasons". What if someone is active - right upto the date he gets his oath letter and falls off this forum, you may not want to delete data (App sent, App Received, IP, Test) etc.
