Did you attach a copy of your PR card ? If so, it should be fine. If you only attached your passport copy, then unfortunately your application will be returned.

If your application is not delivered yet, why don't you intercept it with UPS ?

Thanks (i forgot to attach the PR card), I made a copy and forgot to attach it...smh...I called the intake office and they did mentioned that there is 50/50 chance of it being return. So, it was already sent and delivered. Just waiting to hear back...

I sent an email to Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca and OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca just hoping for the best...it cost 50$ to courier smh.

I am eligible to apply on Nov as I completed the 1095 days req, but I spend my first year in the US working as an H1B and I just submitted the FBI Background check about few days ago, can i still apply without it, then send it later, will my application be considered as incomplete?

Better to wait and then apply. Once your application starts processing it is best that the officer has all needed documents to avoid unnecessary delay.

Diploma and transcripts are good enough. English test is not a necessity if you have those.

Earlier, the requirement used to be that the degree should mention that the medium of instruction was in English/French. However, it is unclear whether that is still a requirement. So hopefully, should be ok.
