Have you called the call center yet? When the agent gets off the phone with you, they are supposed to automatically refer your case for urgent processing.Hey guys I have filed for citizenship in November 2017 and received acknowledgement on Jan 15, 2018. Since then I haven't heard anything and not received any emails regarding test date. Nothing. My application shows in process when I check. Is there anyone who is in the same boat as me. I applied as family with my siblings and I'm from Mississauga. I am seeing here people have already given their tests, good for them but I'm really worried.
Sorry but why would it be urgent processing?Have you called the call center yet? When the agent gets off the phone with you, they are supposed to automatically refer your case for urgent processing.
It's not technically urgent processing as we know it to be... it's just the process that is followed. They send the case to be looked at right away.Sorry but why would it be urgent processing?
100% Misleading information. Don’t know why you doing that. It's not technically urgent processing as we know it to be... it's just the process that is followed. They send the case to be looked at right away.
True that 10000%. Order GCMS notes. My citizenship has been granted and awaiting oath. Plus all the comunications sent from Mp office and me as in letters has been documented in the notes and clearly stated, not eligible for processing. All calls etc. are logged for records but nothing after that.100% Misleading information. Don’t know why you doing that.
Ok, that's fine, I"ll keep quiet. Good luck guys.100% Misleading information. Don’t know why you doing that.
How one will know that citizenship has been granted? Do we get an update on ECAS / receive an email / snail mail to that effect? My ECAS is showing "Decision made". Do I get an update after that for "citizenship granted" and before receiving the oath invite?True that 10000%. Order GCMS notes. My citizenship has been granted and awaiting oath. eCAS will change only after oath. You will only receive oath invite. Please order GCMS notes and see the notings. Its granted from the office point of view once your test and interview go fine, for legal purposes, oath is the most important event when you get your citizenship certificate. How one will know that citizenship has been granted?
