Is it useful to find out which office my profile is being processed? Can anyone explain how this would help?

Mine seems to be delayed a bit. So today I sent an email. Might help if someone has any idea if certain visa offices are faster/slower....

No, no agents. I pretty much went through process alone. I have not gotten the invite yet though.
