Hi Guys,

I received my AOR on Nov 26th 2017. I just realized that I have made a minor error while mentioning travel dates. I returned from the US on the 26th August 2014 (to India), but I accidentally entered 23th August 2014 in the travel history section.
Also in the personal history (during the same time period), I have mentioned that I was unemployed from July to September 2014 with the location as India, but infact I was in the US from July to August 2014 and in India from August to September 2014. I was unemployed during the whole time but the location is incorrectly mentioned. Do you think this can be considered as mis-representation? Can my PR application be rejected based on these inaccuracies?

Appreciate if @andy108 @TanakaM @AlliBatista @pessacanada can throw some light:):):):)
Hi,

It looks to me like you are in NA1. There have not been any changes to your background check. You will soon go into IP1 maybe on Monday. It doesnt take long.

Most applications will go through stages in this order:

NA1- IP1- NA2- IP2

regards

Hi, I got an ADR today early morning IST hours. Can I update 3 details in the ADR, which I have mentioned incorrectly when submitted the application?

1) Work experience start date for an employer was mentioned in the application as "2016-04" instead of "2016-03"
2) Study Activity end date was mentioned in the application as "2008-05" instead of "2008-04"
3) Unemployed start date was mentioned in the application as "2008-06" instead of "2008-05"

Any thoughts?

I believe when you get the Additional Document Request, explain the same in a Letter of Explanation. I am doing the same. I entered 3 dates incorrectly and explained them the same in the LOE (look at the above quote). Let's see what happens. ;-)

Please add me in whatsapp group, I got AOR on Nov.
