Thank you both, I'll check my spam. I wasn't aware they send an email. I thought it was all done through mycic
If it doesn't say Decision Made on the PR side in ECAS, you probably haven't received the PPR email yet, but it doesn't hurt to look anyway.

Anybody send their PPR in that is US based? I submitted mine a week ago, and last night cic changed to approved but my fedex tracker has not been initiated. I am starting to get antsy as we are soo close. Also anyone who has landed via plane any specific questions customs agents asked?

Booked my direct flight to Vancouver connecting to Winnipeg for 1330 CAD. Flying on May 1st! Yay :)

Hope your hubby can land before the month of April ends. What's the usual turnaround for PPR in your VO?

Just want to say I am truly happy for you. :)
Welcome to peg city! Am in winnipeg by thr way! Spring is on right now.

Any idea about BG not Applicable??
My visa office is Nairobi.
Hi Warka glad to see a NRB applicant. I would take a "not applicable" as a positive thing. Its better than when it says to be to be reviewed.

What's your timeline? Are you a november 2016 applicant?

So wondering with the BG check Not app.

On cic.gc.ca it says Decision Made underneath the Permanent Resident Application Status but we have not been e-mailed or contacted yet. What does this mean?

It means you're approved. :) What does it say on your myCIC, if you have access to it?

Check your spam/junk mail. Also wait for the email tomorrow or within this coming week. :)

Congratulations. :)

Thank you so much! :)

Thank God!! I thought so but I had to ask to be sure!

I do not have access to myCIC and I don't think my husband does either. We have a lawyer, so I think the e-mails are going to go to her but I am unsure about that too.

Yes, all correspondence will be received by the lawyer. :) See, didn't I tell you, CIC won't care about 'it.' Now you can breathe and relax. :) Contact your lawyer and let him/her check if the PPR email is sent already. ;) Happy for you! :)

Out of curiousity, have you or your husband received any correspondence from CIC directly?

Thank you!! :)

You were so right and I thank you again because your words put my mind at ease! It is an amazing feeling to know that this is all over once and for all!! :D

I have contacted our lawyer to see if she has heard anything, but she is usually pretty good at contacting us as soon as she hears anything. The PPR e-mails come in batches, right?

And to answer your last question, no, they have never contacted us directly about anything unless there was something my husband didn't tell me about. :)

I just checked English-zid-Igoudam's timeline (same VO as yours) and learned that he had a DM on February 09, 2017 (Thursday) and the PPR came on February 13, 2017 (Monday). Yes, sometimes it comes in batches. :) But I'm pretty sure you'll hear something from them this coming week. :)

Our DM came on Friday, because I checked Thursday and it was still saying In Progress. Anyway, thanks again :) , and I will come right away to update the spreadsheet etc as soon as we get PPR. :)

We officially landed today at Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls. We crossed at the Nexus bridge, where there were no other travellers. US border officer asked us what we were doing. We said that we planned to check out the US side for a short time. We drove to the Rainbow Bridge and crossed back and the wait was only a couple deep. We came to the border guard and presented our passports and the COPR. He asked us a couple questions, was very pleasant and told us to go to the office. We went in, provided the immigration officer with the passport and COPR. He asked a couple questions, the COPR was signed and initialed. We then sat down for about 2 minutes and he called us back. He gave us our copy of the COPR and passports and told my fiancee that she is now a PR. All said and done, we were there for about 5 minutes - much better than expected. Landing was a great experience. ;D
Now to deal with Service Canada and Service Ontario :P
