i advise you to open a GCkey account to do it simple.
when it's done...you have to link the application choosing the F000*** if not then try the IUC ...but ALWAYS use your wife's information...

It seems like we DO have a similar timeline, because I just checked eCAS and mine says Decision Made as well! My PR Application Status is still In Process.

I have 3 lines but many people only have 1 now. Like others have said, it's probably just a glitch

I'm not sure that my opinion could be true or not! When they started to process my application for sponsor approval I had "Application process started on [date]" but after 2 days this sentences deleted from my sponsorship application status! A day after this issue they put decision made below the sponsorship application status on ECAS! maybe your application for sponsor approved! it's just my idea for this condition!

Just want to ask if it's okay to call the immigration regarding our application status? If there's any contact number that I can reach their office that I could ask my concerns, please provide me phone number or correct email address.

This is my current status:

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 30, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 28, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I think we are on our 17th month processing times. I wonder what to do..
gusto ko po malamang what other options or else to do aside from waiting for their response.

Somebody else posted this and it worked for me to link my application.

"1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name. If you don't have App Number, use Family Name, Birthday, Place of Birth
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application."

For the above problem, you can register another GCKey or waiting for 24 hours later trying chance. I had this problem but now I pass this step and now my application linked to my GCKey account.

hi PRVC.

i tried following the steps and locked myself out.

i tried ecas with both my husbands middle and last name and it worked.

I think CIC entered his name as double last name on our file instead of middle name and last name.

once I'm locked out i will try both of his name for his family name and see what happens.

I will have the contact CIC to get this rectified.
