Congratulations!!! Yes.you're right. Be there at the specified time,or earlier if you like. :D :D :D There's at least another 99 ( maybe more,we were 104 on my oath date) applicants taking oath with you.....usually takes time to get everything settled, organized in the ceremony.

Oath was yesterday we had 102 receiving oath got there 8:30 ended at 10:45.

That is crazy!!! I have a europe trip coming up in July...hopefully by then my wife's citizenship is processed. Her exisiting passport requires her to apply for visas. The visa processing time for UK is 3 weeks and for europe is 3 weeks. Considering that the trip is on July 26, I am not sure whether to wait for oath or apply for VISA. Her test was done on Feb 10 in Scarborough and decision made the next day. She called CIC and they said everything is good and only scheduling remains.

What did the interviewer tell you? did he/she give you time frame?
For me I asked her and she said I should expect oath date within 2 months. But my office was Mississauga.

My advice would be to hang in there a bit, but if you haven't got an oath ceremony scheduled by mid May, get the visas.

As far as I know, all finger print request in Ontario come from St Clair but your home office does not change.
