Hi everybody.
I got my FP request on march 1st. Did it on march 6. Emailed the RCMP to ask if they already send the results to cic office, confirmed that they send it on march 9. Called CiC office just right after to make sure they got it. A lady answered and said that they got a note from RCMP that i did the fingerprints on march 9 but not the results and they are still waiting. The email from the RCMP clearly stating that the results were sent to cic office. Very confusing. The lady from the cic said that they are still waiting for the criminality part from the rcmp. So confusing. What does that mean !!!

Same in my case. I called CIC after few days, lady said, it will take 15 days but RCMP said - they have send next day and CIC got should get it. They send digitally. I think you are fine. You will get test invite soon.

They added tons of Oath ceremony dates for the Mississauga office in April. I am sure the Oath letters are on their way

Its been more than 2 mos since We took our test and still no invitation letter.. my husband's applications online Was Decision Made, mine is still In process. I phone then 3 times a already to see if I can get some information but they said the background check for me is not done yet. :'(

yes, I got oath invitation. My interview was in Scarborough, Toronto.


But do not envy me. I applied for my PR in 2006 and got approved in 2011.
I am one of the guys who experiences the longest waiting.

I complained it in the interview.

Maybe the interviewer feel sorry about that then give me oath invitation quickly.

i did my test on January 9 th ecas updated last Wednesday for oath on 5th of April.

It seems we are in the same boat. I applied back in 2006 and got it in 2011. I am still waiting for the test invite though. My brother applied in 2010 for immigration and got his citizenship in 2015. I applied in 2006 and still waiting. This is not fair. Anyway , congratulations. Best of luck

2006 was not a great year to apply for PR. I applied in 2006, got it in 2010. As I was just about to apply for citizenship in 2015, realized that 3/5 rule has been replaced by 4/6. Lesson learned: send you papers and keep on living, let CIC do the rest....

i went to parents sponsorship to get here. took 7 years. we applied 2005 got approved in 2012... but true! it never bothered me. I just set it aside and live day to day.

My wife gave the test in Scarborough office on 9th Feb, DM on 10th FEB. Still no oath. We have booked flights for summer in Late July. Getting little worried. Anyone who gave the test in scarborough in Feb have received oath invites?

Mine is Decision made (after 30 days of test) today but when I click on the link, its same (no mention of oath letter).

Mission accomplished. Oath taken on Friday. Need to wait for two working days to apply for passport. Thank you all for your help and support. ;D
