It can happen at any time. I believe the agent processing your application does it once you moved to the next step - so it would be different for each case. For the test you should bring the originals of every document you sent a copy of. Read your letter carefully, there's no such difference between offices.pablora said:Strange... perhaps it only applies to the Montreal office...
