I always go to the US and return to Canada by private vehicles. Even if I go abroad, I go to US first and fly to another country, and come back to the US, then drive back to Canada. I used to be a Ph.D. student in the US and that's why I always try to find time to go back to school for meetings with my advisors.

Sometimes the border officer just checked my PR card and let me go. I do no think the officer scanned my card or passport in some trips. Although I did report these trips, I just wonder if I will be given hard time in the interview.
i had the same question before... as long as you truthfully declared the dates on your residence calculator, you should be okey!

Just checked my eCAS, updated with Oath letter sent! Ceremony on February 21st.

3 1/2 months from sending the application to oath - including FP request which, as I understand, makes my application non-routine. I guess things really are moving faster now!

Login to the FOIA account and look for the request you made. There should be a link associated with the request from where you can download the pdf files. By responsive records they just refer to the relevant extract they have determined to share with you based on your request.

The rest of the text above is just related to the rules around FOIA and what information they can and cannot disclose. You dont have to worry about appeals unless the PDF record they shared with you is incomplete or does not contain all the information you requested.

The first time I made the request, the records the officer provided were incomplete (only 4 pages covering a couple of trips while I had asked for my entire history), so I filed an appeal online and then about 1 month later I got a more detailed record of about 48 pages..Dont worry, normally you dont have to file an appeal and the record should be complete....
I had requested FOIA records and after 3 weeks the FOIA request returned records only since 2013.
Previous records are missing since my landing.
So filed an appeal and awaiting response...

Just a quick question - Me and My wife have received the Test invite for tomorrow. My daughter - 10 years old has not as it is not required for them. But, for the interview or verification of documents, should I be taking her stuff too? Should she join us too?

If they didn't invite her its not necessary, she is too young to be interviewed/questioned and not required to do the test.
You can take her too but it may mean day off from school for her.
But take her documents for sure, I doubt if they will ask much as u can always say she is in school....(if u dont take her).
