Apart from Quebec, any of you trying for Federal system separately? Any suggestions (pros and cons) on trying both ways (Federal and Quebec).

I guess they are all busy for the online application, after that maybe we will be getting another letter in couple weeks. If my memory is right, the letter of AOR told me that a little bit late for the further process will be expected.

Hi guys,

I have a question about the area of training. It seems like Quebec government already changed the criterion to get the points without any related work experience if you got your diploma 5 years ago. Does this change apply to applicants of November 2015 or only 2016?

It's really a case for me.

I am also Nov 15 Quebec Skill Worker applicants. After receive their a confirmation letter then is so quiet. What we are waiting for next step ?

The next intake is scheduled for June, maybe they will deal with November applications before then? Does anyone have any updates? I noticed that the folks from Quebec got their AORs about a month before the others.
As per official timetable, preliminary stage is 3 months after AOR, so it should be done already. Anybody phoned them for updates? My French is not so great to do it myself

I applied in november this year and got AOR after almost one month. Now my question is that getting the AOR means that the step 1 "verification of document" has been completed and i am in step 2 which is preliminary review?
