mots of them have received it depends on where you are from, i guess you are from India, aouth africa or something like that

I'm a Nov. 2015 applicant from India. I'm also waiting for my CSQ. Whenever I call MIDI they say "its waiting for preliminary review".

They r saying right. Verification phase is over and Preliminary review is going on it will take 1-3 months i guess.

yes but all changes that MIDI uses to do it apply to candidates who preliminary review has not started yet.
