November 2014 CEC Applications

Best of luck to everyone who hasnt had their applications returned yet. I know this process has been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone and I have even lost sleep; I am not trying to spread rumors or bring any chaos to this forum. I just wanted to share my particular case.

Guys,
I just got call from my MP. he confirmed that applications are returned the reasons are :
1) People don't want to go through Express entry, so they send there applications with premature experience.
2) Those who are getting applications back may have the premature experience.
3) Those with proper Experience even if they filled in November or December, There is still hope that there applications will not be returned.
So Don't Panic Where there is will there is way.

Application was received Sydney nov17', no word yet and payment not taken-and if you applied in noc code 0 management occupation there is no cap' it is just taking long I am expecting aor in next 2 weeks' let's see

I spoke with a cic officer the cap was reached at Oct I think 20th.

There is a cap of 8,000 applications where it was reached.
It means no matter if you applied in noc code 0 or not the total number of applications was reached.

Hello guys,

I got my application back. It was received on Oct 23. Sad news but no need to worry because Canada need more than 200000 immigrants and EE cut off score will be lower after few draws. Just advise that make EE profile. God may have better plan for us than we ever though for ourself. Stay Positive !!

i just spoke with the cic agent and yes the cap was reached on oct 20 2014. so all the application after will be returned 1-888-242-2100 there is a phone # free to call.

1. scanned copy posted by all are of same image. same date(23-Jan-2015).
2. Who ever posted that they received their application returned are not on spreadsheet(look october CEC spreadsheet)
3. Does any one already existing in spreadsheet list has asked to update their record as returned? No
4. Who is considering christmas holidays for immigration officers? doesn't it make some delay?
5. Also launching of EE and it's technical issues etc

This is the point I am making..since few days. If the CAP has been reached then CIC will officially announce it and no need to worry by CIC if they announce it officially. Also, that makes them more off-hook instead so that they can concentrate more on issues and processing the files with AORs and more likely with EE. If really some guys have received then the reason it could that their Sub-Cap of 200 might have reached. When people are questioning about their NOC or category-B..they were not responding. So, it implies...Im not making a point the cap is not reached and if it has been reached then let us wait to receive our file to be returned or let's our representatives make it official to us.
