some changes in the Nov'14 google sheet:

I moved the seems-to-be-abandoned records to ARCHIVE sheet. If there is any new update for these records, they can be easily moved back to the main sheet.

I also created two read only sheets which are the sorted version of the main sheet. I noticed that there are two type of people in this forum. Type 1 likes to sort the sheet based on dates and type 2 likes to sort the sheet based on city. So, I created two read only sheets that are always sorted for type 1 and type 2. Therefore, there is no need for you guys to sort the main sheet. Just keep the main sheet for entering the data.
