Just letting everyone know they transferred my file to the office responsible for my area already! Didn't specify which one but holy that was quick! timeline in my signature updated!
My application was sent in November 11th, but have not heard and received any email from CIC. :'( The wait is too long
My app was received by CIC on 17th November , till now no AOR.
I called CIC today and was told i must wait, and they confirmed my file was received by them.

I think you all should call the call center and inquire what stage it is on, past that order an ATIP.

ATIP stands for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request a tool via which you can request status from the Government fo ra variety of things, in your case you should apply for the electronic notes on your application with CIC.
