today i check my e-case status and it was in process are follow :

CAN ANYONE HAVE SIMILAR CASE, WHAT MORE INFORMATION YOU THINK THEY ASK AFTER I GOT MT AOR

Well this means they might have sent the RQ or the shorter new form requesting additional documents. You will need to wait till you get the mail and have a read through and then provide the additional documents.

Ok. Today morning, I can see the eCAS status of my application as received. Application was sent on November 13, received on 14th and application status updated as received on Feb 4th.

I got the letter, they just ask to submit Canadian ID as my name was shortened in my immigration papers and i need to change the given name.
It is ok now and i send them this documents.

My card expires in Sept. I applied for renewal. I applied for citizenship in December as well.

If you are not planning to travel till you become a citizen then you don't need to apply for renewal of PR card. However, its good to get it renewed because you never know when does an emergency may arrive for you to travel abroad and for that you need your PR card to return back to Canada.

In the ecas -
We started processing on Jan29
Transfered to office responsible for the process in your area on feb6 .the responsible office will contact you ..
Havent heard of this line in the ecas...

Family application (me, my wife and 2 kids) - all of us got AORs within 5-10 minutes.
Application received on Nov 14th, AOR Feb 9th.
We are applying from Montreal.
