Hi,

Can someone clarify following

Did you guys send the passport size photographs in response to the passport request email ?

Did you write the name and date of birth at the back side of each photographs ?

What is the meaning of following statement "quote your application number on your correspondence"

I'm sure you will receive it soon my friend. I can only imagine how annoying and frustrating it must be. But everybody is going to be a PR, it's only a matter of time.

they did the same mistake to my landing too. But my passport details name and birthday is correct, i think it wont be an issue as long as our name, birthday, passport number, document number UCI number are spelled correct.

Thanks Deb_oruga! I contacted with CIC and they confirmed me that it should not be an issue. I was just concerned about the future time when I will be applying for Citizenship. Because, CIC will count how many days I stayed in Canada during citizenship.

Guys I really really need your help :(

Cic Sydney finally got back to me today and sent me this.

Good Afternoon:

Below noted email was forwarded by CIO-Sydney 28 May 2014 to the email address provided on the application.

This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.

We wish to remind you at this time that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

etc etc.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've paid this. I paid them instantly when they asked. I've sent them the receipt on THREE separate occasions. Twice by email and once by express mail that cost me $20.

This isn't gonna come is it :( I'm completely stuck. >:( :(

Have you ordered the GCMS notes?
If you yes, you can see about payment.
You should send the receipt again.

On other hands, you have to pay RPRF right now, and then you should refund later. My lawyer said me that it is a good solution to process your case rapidly.

I'm also stuck in CIO.

I've sent it again.

Cio said there's no record of my receipt number in their system.

This has screwed EVERYTHING for me. You've no idea. Without going into personal information, it's jeopardizing my whole application.

Fax it again...number is 902-270-8534
Write a cover letter explaining the situation and quote the expresspost tracking numnber as well.
And the first time you sent the receipt to Cost recovery...

Unfortunately, it may take for a long time an officer to double check your receipt.
I strongly recommend you should pay it again.
If you do that, your file is going toward your goal fast, and you must be able to refund it later.

I had talked with my lawyer about this case before.
He told me he had two cases.
One is to send a receipt again and it took for over 6 months.
Onother is to pay it again and it took for 2 months less to recieve CORP.
Of course he received a check from CIC.

That's why I recommend it.
