I checked at around 12:30am on last night
I guess the changed in evening, because I checked in the afternoon, it was not change.

I paid RPRE before I sent application package to CIC

FYI,

I got passport request on 29 April and then I sent the passport to Embassy Yesterday 30 April.
I am waiting for passport stamped in a few weeks !.
