congrats Lilcysel,
That means they are reviewing your case, your case will turn to in process soon. So glad to see good news in the morning

Hi,

Do you guys know how long it takes for passport request? after Medical the next step is Passport Request isnt it ?
I did my Medical on March 06 and on my ecas was added the third line "3.Medical results have been received.".
On March 28 I sent additional documents and also my Police Clearance Certificate.

My E-CAS is showing:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 13, 2013.

2.We started processing your application on February 25, 2014.

3.Medical results have been received.

Your case turned to In process before you sent the additional documents and PCC?
your timeline is so fast, some early Nov applicants are still waiting for in process.
The next step should be Decision Made and then Passport request, or just Passport request

Hi Jessica,

My visa office is from São Paulo, Brazil and it is an Ontario PNP.

Hi,

No, my case got In Process in January and then on February 25 it changed to "started processing your application" and I also received my Medical Request.
It is an Ontario PNP, I received my PNP Certificate on June 2013 and I have applied for PR in November.

About my additional documents they asked after it becomes to "In Process" and they only asked because they were thinking I was in Canada.
I worked for a Canadian Company as Home Office from Brazil and the Canada Consulate was thinking I was working from Canada so I have to prove that I was in Brazil since December 2012 to Present so I sent those files proving that on March 28

Decision Made comes after Passport Request isnt it?

Thanks for your quickly reply.

Ok, thanks ! by your experience how long do you think it will take for them asking for PPR?

it depends on different VISA OFFICES, for OTTAWA, right now it takes 5-6 weeks from in process to PPR, but it varies as i mentioned before. Since your VISA OFFICE is in Brazil, it should be different, you should ask someone who submit to Brazil office, hope that helps.

Ok, thanks and for sure it helps me.
But, not many Brazilians apply for immigration in Canada by PNP so it is hard to find Brazilians.

Thanks Again !.
