I paid my RPRF the same day as I took my Medical Exam and they didn't request any additional documents.

it takes 4-6 weeks from IP to DM now, hope can hear from them soon

It depends on Visa Office,

My application was received on November, it started processing on February.
On my case it took 3 months to be IP.

i sent one PCC with the application and i sent another one in Dec without a request ..
