hi my file was recieved on DEc 13 . medical is recieved but not IP yet ..

can you share your timeline?

I expect you to get IP at mid or end of june as the other early December applicants.

Hi Guys, I applied RCMP fingerprint based report on 05/21 and I just received report back to me.. Is that ok to open the envelop? or needs to send sealed envelop to CIC.

you can open it. if you go to commissionaires they also says that you have to open it and keep one copy with you and send original to cic .. and there is nothing written on anywhere that you dont have to open it so i also sent open one, my friends also sent open one dont worry

I didn't got request to do fingerprint criminal check yet but I did it witout request about 10 days before and I got it today so now whether I should send it to CIC Sydney or just wait for request
I need suggestion guys please.....

If i was at your place, I would have sent it. if you plan to do just dont forget to include a cover letter mentioning UCI and application number.

I was at the commissioners office today and they said the result will be directly mailed out to CIC. I am curious why someone here says that they received the copy. Did anyone have experience where the result was mailed out by the commissioners office via RCMP to cic sydney?
In btwn, did you have to pay for the fingerprints as the police station website says there is no fee if it is for the purpose of immigration but commissioners office does charge you.

First i was also thinking that RCMP directly mail it to cic but in saskatchewan i am 100% sure they dont mail it directly, when i asked them they said no we only mail it to you then it is your responsibility to mail it to CIC. Rest is upto you do it what ever they say to you

I did it in saskatoon and they sent the results to Sydney for me, you can ask them to send it to you or send it directly to Sydney, it is not 100%, at least in Saskatoon.

Sent PCCs to Ottawa CPC in Feb 2014 without being formally requested by CIC
No updates yet.

Do I also have to get a PCC from the RCMP? I only submitted PCCs for the countries I have lived in outside of Canada.

Only we must provide if they requested...
